Suzanne weaves her extensive experience as a dance educator into her approach to the practice of Yoga. Suzanne guides a restorative practice for adults age 50+ seeking a personalized experience connecting body, mind and heart.

 

Through mindful breath awareness Suzanne focuses on postures that strengthen the body, prevent injury, improve balance and increase flexibility. Various movement modalities as well as use of props are incorporated when beneficial. 

Private, semi-private and small group classes are available in person or online by appointment.
