Suzanne brings a playful, inclusive and engaging experience of movement, balance and coordination to her children’s classes. With expertise in Yoga for children with special needs she is able to adapt postures and activities to abilities and learning styles.

Yoga for Teens
Teen classes encourage self-awareness and being in the present. Breath and body practices for managing anxiety, improving focus and promoting better sleep are emphasized. These skills are readily integrated into everyday life and are lasting tools.
